Development Application (DA)

The Deepwater Hybrid Solar Farm proposal will be assessed as a State Significant Development under the NSW Environmental Planning & Assessment Act 1979 (EP&A Act).
 

This requires a comprehensive environmental impact assessment to be conducted for the project, which will form part of the DA, which includes the following elements:​
